Chimdera is a dedicated and result-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist with a strong academic foundation from Abia State University, Uturu, and currently advancing his expertise through a Master’s degree program at same institution.

With a solid background in clinical laboratory science, he brings a deep understanding of diagnostic processes and quality healthcare service delivery.

In his current role as the Procurement and Logistics Officer at Avo Health Limited, he manages the end-to-end procurement and distribution of medical commodities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value for money. His work supports the seamless implementation of health programs through timely and strategic supply chain operations.

As a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist with hands-on experience in diagnostic services, sample handling, and health supply chain operations, he played a key role in the National Integrated Specimen Referral Network (NiSRN) in Abia, Imo and Enugu States, where he was responsible for coordinating the timely and safe transportation of clinical specimens between collection sites and reference laboratories, ensuring sample integrity and supporting early disease detection and case management from January 2024 – November 2024.

His professional journey reflects a unique blend of technical laboratory knowledge and practical field experience in health logistics, positioning him to effectively bridge the gap between clinical services and health system support functions.
